WAMCI Chamber Ensemble 文化協會室內樂團

With strong Western Classical music discipline and Eastern cultural background, WAMCI Chamber Ensemble has a mission in promoting culturally significant music. Comprised of WAMCI’s volunteering yet professional musicians, the Ensemble is specialised in Taiwanese folk music. Delicate classical and traditional music from ethnic cultures around the world are selected to broaden their repertoire.


Sharon Brown's Steelpen Prefomers

Steelpan Woman brings you the sweet and sunny sounds of the Caribbean steelpan blended with her original vocals and thoughtful lyrics.
She plays the fascinating steelpan which is an instrument from Trinidad and Tobago that has been hand made out of a recycled oil drum and was invented in the 1930's.


WAMCI Drumming Group


WAMCI Drumming Group was establishehed in 2012 by the fourth President Tina Lei and has been performed in art festivals, cultural events, community functions, etc.

Kevin Lee's Singing “Lion Dance” 弄獅

"Lion Dance" is a popular and very much grassrooted song created by YU Lunghua in late 20th Century. It illustrates festive lion dance activities in
Taiwanese religious and cultural events.


John Chen singing "O sole omio" 我的太陽

"’O sole mio" (My Sunshine) is a globally known Neapolitan song written in 1898. Its lyrics were written by Giovanni Capurro and the music was composed by Eduardo di Capua and Alfredo Mazzucchi.
